The Terms and Conditions must be read and understood before placing an order with D & J Selections.

Orders, Delivery and Payments - All ‘Last Minute Orders’ must be placed before 1 pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery Tuesday – Friday.

We do not guarantee an exact delivery time for ‘Last Minute Orders’.

These can be delivered anytime between 10 am and 6 pm depending on availability or established time.

‘Last Minute Orders’ are available for next day delivery only for those within a 20 km radius from our location. Otherwise, these can be picked up from our office. This is subject to change depending on stock and product availability.

No changes are to be made to any order on the day of the delivery whatsoever. For all orders (excluding ‘Last Minute Orders’), changes are to be made three days prior at least 72 hours the established delivery time. If the changes are not made within the provided notice time, D & J Selections reserve the right to refuse the changes requested and this may result in delays of the delivery time/date. We will do our absolute best to ensure your order is delivered on time and in perfect condition, however we will not be held accountable for any unfortunate situations such as delays.

All orders (excluding grazing tables) can be picked up from our location at an agreed time.

We deliver exclusively in the State of Victoria within a radius of 80 km from our location. This is subject to change depending on the location and order. Our delivery fees are calculated at checkout depending on the delivery location. Delivery further than a 50 km radius from our location is only available for orders over $600.

All payments are to be made online only via our website five days prior the delivery date for all orders with the exception of ‘Last Minute Orders’ which are to be made once the order is placed the previous day before 1 pm. Orders will not be processed unless full payment has been received by us.

llations and Refunds

No refund will be issued for ‘Last Minute Orders’ cancellation. For any other requests of cancellation, we are happy to issue a full refund if the notice is made five days prior the scheduled delivery date, via email. No refunds will be issued for orders cancelled less than five days prior the established delivery date.  

Consumption of food

We cater for all dietary requirements; however, if special orders where the menu is altered are placed, notice must be provided with the detailed requirements. For gluten free, vegan, halal and other dietary requested requirements, take in consideration that an addition fee is applied.

Any food allergies must be mentioned at the time of ordering; however, we cannot guarantee that the products are completely allergen free. The consumer must take in consideration that there may be traces of allergens. Once the food is delivered or assembled, it is no longer our responsibility that the food safety protocol is applied.  

Tableware and Equipment

All Grazing Table equipment such as: boards, platters, bowls, cake stands, plates, serving utensils, napery and other props are complementary with the table setup and are to be returned in the exact condition they were hired except for disposable equipment. In case of any damage or loss of equipment, you will be liable for the cost of the item. All disposable boxes and bowls that come with the order are included in the price. Disposable crockery such as plates as well as cutlery are not included in the price of the order and will be charged separately according to the number of people required. Discounts for disposable crockery and cutlery apply depending on the number of people.
